What you share

Our project and support enquiry forms collect your name, company, city, phone number and project details. You can optionally provide a work email, role, platform preference and product interest. A room design or planner result may also be attached to your enquiry. Support enquiries also collect the support category, product model and a short description of the issue.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your requirement, contact you about it and coordinate an appropriate authorised partner. Relevant enquiry details may be shared with that partner for consultation, quotation, installation planning and follow-up. Purchases are quoted and billed by the partner.

Where it goes

Website enquiries are processed using Google Apps Script and recorded in a Google Sheet used for Namaste’s project follow-up at Shree. The website is hosted on DigitalOcean.

Browser storage and outside services

The room studio can save a design on your device. An attached design brief is stored locally so it can follow you to the consultation form; it is removed after a successful submission or when you choose to remove it. You can clear site storage in your browser. A shared design link contains your room configuration in the URL: share it only with people you want to see that design.

Google Fonts and YouTube video thumbnails may load from their respective services. Links to MAXHUB and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Official product photos are served with this website.
