01 / QUOTES & ITEM LISTS

Every detail considered.
A clearer quote.

Planning a new office or replacing an existing setup? Start with how people join, share and collaborate. Request a quote for the complete configuration.

What to include

  • The space. City, room count, dimensions, seats and any existing equipment.
  • How you will use it. Meetings from a laptop (BYOD), a room with its own Teams meeting system, writing on a touch display, or help choosing.
  • The equipment. Exact model or screen size, quantities, computer modules and extra equipment where known.
  • The scope. Delivery, mounting, cabling, installation, licences, handover and warranty requirements.
  • The deadline. Your proposal date and desired go-live date. Tell us if this is budget planning or a purchase-ready requirement.

Have an equipment list or bill of quantities (BOQ)? Email it to [email protected] with the city and required date. Attachments are handled by email; the website form starts the enquiry.

02 / PRODUCT DEMOS

Test your meeting.
Before it matters.

A useful demo answers your team’s questions. Tell us what you need to see, hear and try in the room.

Request a product demo ↗

Decide what to test

  1. Set the scene. Share your city, preferred dates, room size, meeting platform and product shortlist.
  2. Try the way you will use the room. Join a meeting, present from a guest laptop and test the experience from a remote participant’s seat.
  3. Check the room. Evaluate camera framing, voices from the far seats and content readability in your actual layout.
  4. Bring the right people. Include your room owner and IT contact. Agree network, account, licence and site-access requirements in advance.

Demo location, equipment, duration and any charges are confirmed after review. A demo request is not a confirmed appointment or a loan-unit reservation.

03 / FOR RESELLERS & INSTALLATION PARTNERS

Your customer opportunity.
A clearer way forward.

Bring the project context along with the product list. It helps the channel team review the right configuration and the support you need.

Start with a complete partner brief

  • Partner company, contact, project city and end-customer organisation where you are permitted to share it.
  • Models, quantities, equipment list or BOQ, meeting app, project stage and proposal deadline.
  • The help required: product selection, itemised quote, demo planning or technical-document review.
  • Any existing channel or project reference, so the relevant team can check the route before quoting.
Need tender documents or a manufacturer’s authorisation letter (MAF)?

Include the tender reference, relevant specifications, BOQ, document format, and closing date with time zone. Email only the documents needed for the review.

The manufacturer must review and approve any authorisation letter or project eligibility. Submitting a request does not guarantee an authorisation, project registration or compliance with a tender.

04 / DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & OWNERSHIP

The project continues
after the quote.

Before you place the order

Ask for current availability, exact model codes, package contents, items that cost extra and a delivery estimate for your quantity and city. Agree commercial terms and installation scope in writing.

Before the installer arrives

Confirm mounting, power, network, cabling, room access and a site contact. Agree a date, responsibilities, testing and user handover with the delivery team.

After delivery

Keep the invoice, serial numbers, agreed scope and service contact together. For an existing order update, reply to the original seller with your purchase order (PO) or invoice reference and delivery city.

Availability, delivery dates, installation charges and service coverage are confirmed for each project. This page does not show live stock or track orders.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE REQUEST

A few useful answers.

What should I include in a MAXHUB quote request?

Share the delivery city, room count, intended meeting platform, product models or screen sizes, quantities and target date. Include an equipment list or bill of quantities (BOQ) if you have one. Ask the partner to list computer modules, extra equipment, installation, licences, warranty terms and anything excluded from the quote separately.

Can I request a demo in my own meeting room?

Yes, you can request one. Include the city, preferred dates, products and workflows you want to evaluate. An on-site demo, loan unit, duration and any charges depend on availability and must be agreed before scheduling.

How do partners request tender documents or a manufacturer authorisation?

Send the tender reference, relevant specifications, BOQ, requested document format and closing date with time zone. Requests are reviewed with the relevant partner or manufacturer’s team. Only the manufacturer can approve and issue its authorisation; a request does not guarantee issuance or bid compliance.

Is a delivery date or installation included automatically?

No. Ask for current availability and a delivery estimate for the exact model, quantity and city. Installation, site readiness, access and handover should be agreed separately in the written scope. A demo request or website enquiry does not reserve stock.

What do I need for an existing product issue?

Start with the product model, city and a short description of the fault. Keep the serial number, purchase invoice, existing complaint reference and a fault-only video ready for the service team if requested. Use the Service & Support form to start the enquiry.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

A CLEARER START / ACROSS INDIA

From Mumbai to Jodhpur. A clearer start.

Tell us what the room is for. A good plan starts with the people who will use it.

  1. Measure the room and note how many people will sit in it.
  2. Tell us which meeting app or laptop you use.
  3. Ask for the equipment, installation and support scope in writing.
